Scope. Every engagement is defined by a written proposal covering deliverables, shoot days, team requirement, timeline, pricing, payment terms and exclusions. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.

Usage rights. Usage is granted for the channels and duration named in the proposal. Extended, exclusive or perpetual usage is agreed and priced separately.

Revisions. The proposal states the number of revision rounds included. Further rounds are billed at the agreed rate.

Payment. An advance is payable to confirm dates. The balance is due before final delivery unless the proposal says otherwise.

Cancellation. Dates cancelled at short notice may attract a charge covering committed crew and equipment.

Portfolio use. We may show delivered work in our portfolio unless the proposal records a confidentiality restriction.
